1. Agreement

By accessing or using stickoscr.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Stickos Designs (Keiner Kenton), a professional design and development studio based in Costa Rica.

2. What We Provide

Through the Site we showcase and may offer:

• Design and development portfolio work (websites, branding, interactive experiences).
• Educational games and environmental content (for example, Top Recycler).
• Creative assets such as interactive stickers and related products.
• Information about our studio, clients, and how to contact us for projects.

Paid software products (such as the Everyday Calendar / Misogi) have separate terms on their dedicated subdomain: misogi.stickoscr.com/terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content at scale without written permission.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site—including designs, code, illustrations, games, text, and logos—is owned by Stickos Designs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation) requires prior written consent.

5. Client and Project Work

Proposals, statements of work, and contracts for custom design or development services govern those engagements separately. Portfolio pieces on the Site may depict client work; trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission or for illustrative purposes.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stickos Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to external sites, social networks, client projects, or embedded content. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Costa Rica, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
